Welcome to Fiel! Below you’ll find all the nitty-gritty details about how we roll. We like to keep things simple, clear, and a little lighthearted—just like us.
Customer Service
We’re a tiny but mighty team doing our best to keep up with your emails and questions. We aim to respond within 24 hours, but we’re only available Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM PST (weekends are for rest and faith-building!)
Sales
All sales are final, but if there’s a mishap on our end, don’t worry—we’ll do our absolute best to make it right.
Payment
All our prices are listed in CAD
Taxes & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. We wish we could make those magically disappear, but alas, they’re out of our hands.
Shipping
We process all orders through Canada Post. If you’re ordering internationally, your package will be handed off to your local post carrier once it reaches your country.
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your goodies’ journey.
Double-check your shipping address before checkout! Once your order is dispatched, we can’t make any adjustments. If an address needs rerouting, it’s up to the receiver to handle it.
Processing time: Please allow 5–10 business days before your order ships. We’re a small shop, so thank you for your patience!
Changes to orders (like updated addresses, sizes, or items) cannot be made once the order is processed. Please triple-check everything before hitting that checkout button.
